Start your 2016 off with a sassy bang! Unleash Your Inner Goddess Workshop will be offered once a month at Danyasa this season - First up, Saturday January 9th, 4 -7pm. This full version of the workshop is more in-depth than the shorter classes that I have offered over the low season.

Some have told me they are not sure if this class would be their 'cup of tea'. Well you never know until you try, and now is the time to try something new!

We begin with sacred movement chakra alignment to connect deeply to your inner feminine wisdom; this portion of the class is about 45min long, and usually with eyes closed to help you focus inward, instead of worrying what you look like doing it. After you've made a strong connection to your divine feminine being we sit for a little journaling to seal in the transformations. Then we get into character, costume, and begin learning some basic steps, gestures, and the true concepts of Burlesque. And FINALLY we shimmy like never before! So, don't let fear hold you back from what could be the best night of the year. Show yourself some love in 2016!!!
