The Restaurant at Villas Alturas has a one of a kind view of the tropical pacific coast overlooking the iconic Marino Ballena Whale’s Tail in Costa Rica. Chef Alonso takes pride in preparing many of our ingredients like fresh pasta, bread, dressings, sauces, desserts, and so much more. Our beef and chicken is free range and we do not used canned food or store bought dressing. The majority of our produce is Organic and we plan to be 100% Organic in the very near future. Our goal is to provide all of our restaurant patrons with the best ingredients and service.
Please note that the Villas Alturas Wildlife Santuary is tucked away just walking distance from the restaurant and hotel, it is a non-profit organization and every person that steps through our doors is helping rescue, feed, give necessary veterinary care, and so much more. The nurture distressed animals back to health and reintroduce them back to the wild. Maybe combine your lunch or dinner with a Wildlife visit?
